About
Relationship Dynamics | Anxiety & Emotional Insight | Communication & Conflict Repair
Relationships can be the most meaningful—and the most frustrating—part of life. When communication breaks down or patterns repeat despite our best efforts, it can leave people feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in family systems thinking, which looks beyond individual symptoms to understand the patterns and relationships that shape our lives.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than fifteen years as an educator in California. That experience strengthened my ability to listen carefully, communicate complex ideas in a clear and practical way, and work thoughtfully with individuals and families navigating challenges.
My style is thoughtful and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients gain insight while also developing practical tools for improving communication, strengthening relationships, and navigating life’s challenges.
Warmly,
Sean

Clinical Strengths
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in familiar patterns, whether in relationships, anxiety, communication, or self-worth. My approach is warm, direct, and insight-oriented, helping clients connect thoughts, emotions, and behavior in a way that leads to real movement rather than endless reflection. I value honesty, trust, and practical change, and I aim to create a space where clients feel both supported and challenged.
WHAT I DO
With over fifteen years as an educator before becoming a therapist, I bring a thoughtful, clear, and genuinely collaborative style to every session.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions — using a family systems approach to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical tools for lasting change.
