About
Loss | Life Transitions & Identity Shifts | Grief-Informed Therapy for Adults, Teens & Families
Loss is not always about death. It can be the loss of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, the loss of a dream, or the quiet grief that accompanies major life changes.
I specialize in supporting adults, teens, and families navigating loss in its many forms — including death-related grief, miscarriage or pregnancy loss, the ending of a relationship, career transitions, becoming a spouse or parent, empty nesting, and shifts in identity across different life stages.
Even positive changes can bring unexpected grief. You may find yourself questioning who you are, feeling disconnected from parts of your identity, or struggling to adjust to new roles and expectations. Together, we create space to process what has changed, what feels uncertain, and who you are becoming.
Because loss impacts relationships and family dynamics, my work is grounded in a family systems lens and trauma-informed care. I support adults who are grieving while helping their children cope, teens navigating identity shifts or the death of a loved one, and families adjusting to emotional and relational changes after significant transitions.
In addition to loss and transition work, I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, boundary-setting challenges, and identity exploration (including racial, cultural, and spiritual identity), along with first responders and families of first responders.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, feminist therapy, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation strategies to help you feel more grounded, supported, and emotionally steady.
If you’re looking for therapy in Westlake Village and want a clinician who understands the emotional complexity of loss, life transitions, and identity shifts, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.
In person and virtual sessions available.

Clinical Strengths
I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating grief, life transitions, and identity shifts. My work centers on both death and non-death loss—including changes in relationships, roles, and the life you once envisioned. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can process complex emotions, build insight, and reconnect with themselves. Using an integrative approach that draws from CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness, I help clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, and move through life’s transitions with greater clarity and self-trust.
WHAT I DO
I'm here to help you feel grounded, supported, and clear about who you are becoming.
I specialize in grief-informed therapy for adults, teens, and families — supporting you through loss, life transitions, and identity shifts in all their many forms. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.
