About
Trauma | Couples | Women's Health
You may be functioning on the outside, yet feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body or relationships. Many clients I work with have spent years feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or unsure where to turn — especially when emotional pain overlaps with chronic physical symptoms or reproductive health concerns.
I support individuals and couples, with a primary focus on women and gender-diverse adults navigating chronic pain, reproductive health challenges (such as PCOS, endometriosis, and fertility-related stress), anxiety, trauma, and relationship wounds. My work is particularly helpful for people who want more than just coping strategies — those who are ready to explore the emotional, relational, and physical patterns shaping their lives.
My approach is psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and mind-body focused. I integrate psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy with somatic practices and evidence-based tools so you can feel more regulated, grounded, and connected. We move at a pace that feels safe and right for you, honoring your emotional world and your body.
As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring intentional, reflective care and strong clinical supervision to ensure thoughtful and ethical support. You might be a good fit for this work if you’re seeking depth-oriented therapy, greater self-understanding, and sustainable emotional regulation rather than quick fixes.
I’d love to support you in moving toward more balanced and meaningful engagement in your life. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore whether we’d be a good fit working together.

Clinical Strengths
I take a warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly understood. My work is rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, while also integrating mind-body and somatic practices to support deeper healing. I help clients explore the underlying patterns, emotions, and relational experiences that shape how they move through the world, building insight, resilience, and more fulfilling connections. I strive to balance empathy with gentle guidance, supporting clients in navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and past experiences with greater clarity and self-compassion.
WHAT I DO
If you're ready to go beyond coping strategies and explore the deeper patterns shaping your life, I'd love to connect.
I support women and gender-diverse adults navigating chronic pain, reproductive health challenges, anxiety, trauma, and relationship wounds — using a psychodynamic, somatic, and trauma-informed approach that honors both your emotional world and your body.
